States Promote Mid-Year Rate Adjustments For MCOs Struggling Post-COVID

Several state Medicaid directors said recently that mid-year rate adjustments will address the post-unwinding concerns over rising costs that Medicaid managed care plans have made as they take care of beneficiaries with greater acuity and health care use.
