The Trump administration on Tuesday (June 19) finalized a highly anticipated rule expanding the ability of employers to band together to create association health plans (AHPs) that supporters say offers consumers more coverage choices and detractors worry will destabilize existing markets and put consumers at risk of inadequate coverage.
