The House Energy & Commerce Committee abruptly canceled Thursday’s (June 27) full committee mark up of high-profile privacy and telehealth bills amid partisan squabbles likely over the private right of action provision in the proposed national privacy legislation, according to telehealth lobbyists who say support for the separate telehealth extension bill remains intact.
