Specialists Call For Removing High-Cost Supplies From PFS, New Site-of-Service Category

Congress should remove high-cost supplies from the physician fee schedule and create a special site-of service category for office-based interventions that use high-tech equipment when they tackle Medicare physician pay reform later this year, a group of radiology, vascular and other specialists say in a recent letter to House and Senate leadership.
