Sources: Market Stabilization Bill To Have 3 Years Reinsurance Funding, 2 Years CSR Funding

Legislation currently being negotiated to stabilize the Affordable Care Act’s marketplaces includes three years of funding for reinsurance, with the first year including a federal fallback option, and two years of funding for cost-sharing reductions, for 2019 and 2020, as well as retroactive CSR funding for the last quarter of 2017, according to sources close to the talks.
