Operation Warp Speed chief Moncef Slaoui said he doesn’t think there should be any constraints on who gets which COVID-19 vaccine, specifically when choosing between Pfizer’s and Moderna’s vaccines, both of which have demonstrated about 95% efficacy and are expected to be reviewed by FDA soon for emergency authorization.
