Short-Term CR Carries Extenders Through March 8

Existing health care extenders would be prolonged, but no new health care items added, under the latest short-term continuing resolution (CR) congressional leaders have agreed to take up this week to keep the government open as they continue to hash out fiscal 2024 spending bills.
