Dietary supplement sponsors would be required to submit product information to FDA under the draft user fee reauthorization legislation unveiled by the Senate health committee Tuesday (May 17). The version of the user fee package that moved through the House Energy & Commerce Committee Wednesday does not include the supplement measure.
