Senate Passes FDARA, Right To Try, Patient Input, Opioid Bills

The Senate passed 94-1 Thursday (Aug. 3) the FDA Reauthorization Act, sending the user fee legislation to the president’s desk. The Senate also passed via the hotline process a revised version of Sen. Ron Johnson’s (R-WI) Right to Try bill, an opioid bill from Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and a bill from Sens.
