Senate Republicans and Democrats have yet to agree on an individual market stabilization bill, Republican senators said Tuesday (Oct. 3), and health care analysts say since insurers have filed their rates for 2018 it is unlikely the talks will result in any legislative package that would affect next year’s premiums.
