Senate Democrats To Force Vote On Elimination Of Short-Term Plans

A group of top Senate Democrats announced Thursday (Aug. 2) they will soon introduce legislation in accordance with the Congressional Review Act to overturn the Trump administration’s newly finalized rule expanding the scope of short-term, limited-duration health plans.
