Senate Democrats Express Concern Over Further Delay Of Tobacco Deeming Rule

In a letter to FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, 13 Senate Democrats admonish the agency head for his decision to further delay the tobacco deeming rule, and express concern that FDA may consider rolling back its regulation of premium cigars.
