SCOTUS Won’t Take Up Appeals Court Ruling On Oklahoma PBM Law

In a win for pharmacy benefit managers, the Supreme Court on Monday (June 30) declined to take up the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that an Oklahoma law reining in pharmacy benefit manager practices is preempted by federal law.
