Dozens of health care stakeholders Tuesday filed briefs in support of the Affordable Care Act’s mandate that insurers cover without cost-sharing preventative services with a high-grade by U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), a requirement which is under review by the Supreme Court, with oral arguments set for April 21.
