SCOTUS’ Nod To Trump In Worker Firings Could Bolster Admin’s Appeal In Separate HHS Firings Case

A Supreme Court emergency order Tuesday (April 8) siding with the Trump administration’s recent firing of 16,000 probationary federal employees across six agencies -- not including HHS -- could bolster the administration’s push in a separate case to convince an appeals court to uphold its firing of thousands more probationary employees at HHS.
