SCAN: CMS To Recalculate MA Star Ratings, Rebidding Process To Come

CMS will recalculate star ratings for Medicare Advantage plans following insurer victories in SCAN and Elevance suits last week, and it will release plans for bid resubmission in the coming days, SCAN Health Plan officials told Inside Health Policy on Thursday.
