RWJF: Despite Anxieties, No Exits, Net Gain Expected Into 2019 ACA Marketplaces

Issuers offering products in the ACA individual and small group markets still face regulatory uncertainties, but as of early July the 2019 exchange markets are shaping up to be stable and will see several new plan entries, with no exits announced as of yet, according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF).
