The House Rules Committee on Wednesday cleared a $51.6 billion legislative package to provide employers relief from several Affordable Care Act taxes and other mandates, but a final floor vote, which was slated for Friday, will now occur later this month due to the congressional work week being cut short by the East Coast hurricane.
