Rubio: Use Small Business Loans To Spur U.S. API Manufacturing

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R) wants to use Small Business Administration loans to help pharmaceutical companies construct facilities to manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients in the United States, the lawmaker told reporters Tuesday (March 3). His comments came shortly after India announced it is restricting exports on 13 APIs in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. Sen.
