RFK Jr. Made DTC Ad Blunders In MAHA Report As He Wrangled With Pharma

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy made a bold assertion in his inaugural MAHA report last month that pharma spent $5B on TV ads using misleading tactics, but the studies he cited turned out to be nonexistent and he quietly swapped them out just as he was engaging in a fiery battle with drug makers over his bid to rein in direct-to-consumer advertising.
