The Republican attorneys general of three states have filed a motion to intervene at the Supreme Court in a case over the FDA’s relaxed prescribing conditions for the abortion drug mifepristone that include telehealth access, attempting to insert their own arguments for standing into a case some have speculated the court could dismiss because of the weak grounds for standing asserted by its original plaintiffs.
