Rep. Gregg Harper To Chair E&C Oversight Subcommittee

Rep. Gregg Harper (R-MS) will chair the Energy & Commerce oversight subcommittee, E&C Chair Greg Walden (R-OR) announced Monday (Dec. 4), filling the spot vacated when former Rep.
