Reactions Mixed As Senate Unveils Updated BCRA

The updated health reform bill unveiled by Senate GOP leaders Thursday (July 13) makes several changes to the original Better Care Reconciliation Act, including Sen. Ted Cruz's (R-TX) amendment expanding the type of plans issuers are allowed to offer and adding $70 billion for advanced payments to health plans, but those revisions didn’t win over critical moderates, such as Sen.
