Provider relief recipients have complained of inadequate distributions and confusing reporting requirements, but providers so far are hesitant to formally move their fight for more COVID-19 relief from lawmakers to the judicial system as legal experts debate whether PRF distributions are judicially reviewable and if it’s worth the cost of litigation.
