Plaintiffs’ Lawyer Finds Silver Lining In ACA Ruling; Next Steps Unclear

While the Supreme Court’s recent 7-2 ruling upholding the Affordable Care Act did not favor his clients, Texas Public Policy Foundation General Counsel Robert Henneke, who represented the two individual plaintiffs, says there’s a silver lining in that the case kept pressure on state and federal policymakers to craft policies giving people more control of their health after GOP lawmakers failed to repeal the law. Henneke also hints further litigation is possible, noting the main constitutional questions are still unresolved...
