Pfizer Chief Expects ‘Game-Changer’ Oral COVID-19 Drug By Year’s End

Pfizer is developing an oral COVID-19 treatment that company CEO Albert Bourla expects will be available by the end of 2021. The drug would be a “game-changer,” Bourla says, as it would allow patients to treat coronavirus from home, rather than having to travel to the hospital to get injectable therapies.
