Parties Ask Federal Appeals Court To Combine CSR Cases

The Department of Justice and the issuers suing the government for cutting off cost-sharing reduction (CSR) payments are both asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to consider the separate cases as companions so that they can be heard by the same panel of judges on the same day.
