Democratic congressional health leaders say CMS must demand that states immediately detail how they plan to come into full compliance with Medicaid/CHIP enrollment and eligibility requirements after the unwinding revealed wide-ranging problems with operational systems, including those that jeopardized the health of millions of Americans.
