Ostroff Says There Should Be An FDA User Fee Program For Food Producers

Former acting FDA Commissioner Stephen Ostroff thinks food companies should pay user fees to FDA as it could help improve product reviews and inspections and help shore up the agency’s food program, which lawmakers and agency watchers say needs to undergo significant structural and leadership changes.
