Oregon Accepting Comments On Basic Health Program Draft Blueprint

Oregon is taking comments from the public on a draft blueprint for its Basic Health Program set to launch in July 2024 that, if approved, would be the first state using healthcare.gov to establish a BHP, which lets states use federal dollars to cover residents earning up to 200% of poverty.
