Oklahoma 1332 Waiver Process Moves Forward, State Seeks Decision By Sept. 30

CMS last week informed Oklahoma officials that the agency has conducted a preliminary review of the Section 1332 wavier the state submitted last week, which kicks of the 180-day federal review process, but a state official remains hopeful the agency will have a decision by the end of September.
