The nation’s largest seniors lobby AARP said Friday (May 24) it backs CMS’ minimum staffing rule for nursing homes and will highlight the stakes for seniors, after the nursing home lobby sued Thursday to overturn the rule and as House lawmakers push legislation to repeal the staffing requirements.
