North Carolina Blues, Moda Join Insurers Suing U.S. Over Risk Corridors

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Moda Health Plan of Oregon this week filed the third and fourth lawsuits against the U.S. government for falling short in its responsibility to fully pay insurers under the risk corridor program.
