The anticipated Senate health committee deal to stabilize the individual insurance markets is still being negotiated, a Senate aide said Monday, and lobbyists say it isn’t clear when Chair Lamar Alexander (R-TN) and Ranking Democrat Patty Murray (WA) are likely to release an agreement that would at least pair cost-sharing reduction payments with some state flexibility within 1332 waivers.
