Ninth Circuit Shoots Down GOP AGs’ Lawsuit Over Mifepristone

In a defeat for Republican-led states’ attempts to challenge FDA decisions to make the abortion drug mifepristone more available, including through telehealth prescribing, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that a group of six states do not have standing to sue over the policy changes.
