NIH Indirect Cost Cuts Won’t Take Effect As Judge Considers Injunction

A temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Trump administration’s move to cut indirect costs funding through the National Institutes of Health (NIH) will stay in place while a Massachusetts judge considers whether to impose a preliminary injunction.
