Bipartisan legislation introduced in the House and Senate Thursday would tweak the Department of Treasury's definition of a safe harbor for health savings accounts linked to high-deductible health plans (HDHP) to allow treatments needed for chronic care management to be covered prior to a beneficiary hitting the deductible.
