Narrower State AI Moratorium Still Garners Digital Health Stakeholder Support

Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) have agreed to lower a proposed 10-year pause on state artificial intelligence regulations to five years and add exceptions to the controversial provision that GOP lawmakers are looking to pass through the budget reconciliation bill working its way through Congress.
