NAIC's Consumer Reps Call For State Oversight Of Non-ACA Compliant Plans

A group of consumer representatives to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) released a report Friday (March 23) that calls for strong state oversight of plans that do not comply with Affordable Care Act consumer protections. The consumer representatives say more oversight is needed to mitigate the threat to comprehensive care that those plans pose.
