NAIC Expecting Increased Reg Action; CMS Working On 2019 NBPP

Philadelphia -- The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) provided a brief update of federal activities to regulators at a recent summer meeting, stressing that with health care legislation stalled in Congress the group is expecting more action on the regulatory front.
