White House budget chief Mick Mulvaney on Tuesday (May 2) said the administration hasn't decided whether to distribute the ACA's cost-sharing reduction payments this month, drawing backlash from House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer (MD) who said the White House had assured him just last week the payments would continue.
