Missouri Supreme Court Says Medicaid Expansion Can Be Implemented

The Missouri Supreme Court unanimously upheld Medicaid expansion in Missouri in an opinion issued Thursday (July 22), saying the voter-approved initiative to expand eligibility does not violate the state constitution. The opinion reverses the June decision of a circuit court.
