MGMA To HHS: Help Industry Mitigate Massive Ransomware Attack

The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is calling on HHS to help practices mitigate the drastic cash flow and patient care effects of last week’s ransomware attack on Change Healthcare, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, that has affected both groups’ systems as well as Optum’s electronic prescriptions.
