Congress passed a Continuing Resolution last week that pushes the scheduled Medicare reimbursement cuts for clinical laboratories back by another year -- nullifying a proposed offset in House lawmakers’ telehealth extension bill -- as lobbyists look to the post-election lame-duck session for a permanent solution to the recurring cuts.
