Liberal-Leaning Panel Tapped To Hear Medicaid Work Requirement Appeal

A panel of two liberal judges and one conservative judge will decide the Trump administration’s appeal of rulings that blocked Medicaid work requirements in Arkansas and Kentucky. The appeal will be heard by Judges Harry Edwards, Cornelia Pillard and David Sentelle on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
