LDT Reform Excluded From FDA’s Fiscal 2024 Legislative Proposals

FDA is seeking myriad new authorities from Congress to help with future pandemic preparedness, but missing from the agency’s request is a key diagnostics reform bill that top FDA officials had previously heralded as a top legislative priority.
