Lawmaker Says FDA Moving Slow On E-Cigarettes, CDC Should Lead Ban

A House Democrat suggested giving the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention power to pull vaping products from the market because FDA is moving slowly. He raised the issue at a House Oversight and Reform subcommittee hearing Tuesday (Sept. 24) on the outbreak of vaping-related lung injuries.
