Unwinding-related data CMS recently released show more states might be falling behind in processing Medicaid applications and reveal how long states decided to pause some of their unwinding activities -- an on-going task stakeholders say has been made easier thanks to several flexibilities, which stakeholders hope CMS will make permanent.
