Kaiser: Graham-Cassidy Cuts $160 Billion In Federal Funding Over 10 Years

Thirty-five states and the District of Columbia would lose funding within 10 years if the Graham-Cassidy bill succeeds in block granting all federal monies to the states, a new Kaiser Family Foundation analysis projects.
