July Hearing Proposed As Dem AGs Seek To Expedite ACA Suit Appeal

The group of 17 Democratic attorneys general appealing the district court ruling in Texas V. Azar that, if upheld, would invalidate the entire Affordable Care Act, are asking the Fifth Circuit appeals court to expedite the case, and propose that opening briefs be due at the end of March.
